First time getting a replacement device the wrong was sent. So the right one but non the correct color or memory space. Also the phone does not take the custom ******* ***** there is no way! I dropped my original device several times and although it was in a case and had a tempered screen protector information technology never shattered. With this replacement device it was in my backpack and I tossed it into my car seat and when I got it out of the bag once at work the tempered screen was NOT cracked only the telephone screen was!!! How the heck does this happen!
