October 27, I re received a notification on my telephone that I had a manufactory software update available so I downloaded it and tried to install it after I installed it my phone shut off and information technology never came back on the screen was black so I called my Walmart family unit mobile and I talked to the people and they said that I had a faulty device and they were going to wrap me a ticket for a replacement device and that I needed to send my telephone to them past mail and when they received it and then it would be iii to 5 business days later they received it and they would transport me a replacement phone. Walmart family Mobile told me that they were going to send me an email with a shipping label or a QR code and to use that to mail the telephone gratis of charge to them and then I went to UPS every bit directed and I spoke with the UPS amanuensis and she told me that the email that I received the label was non complete was non complete and that the QR lawmaking was not valid and so I called Walmart family Mobile back while I was in the parking lot and they told me they tried to ship the e-mail iii or iv more times and I was not receiving the correct label then they told me that they would have to mail me a label and that would be an additional 3 days I asked if I could mail if I paid for the phone to be mailed to them myself would that exist okay they said yes and gave me the address and so I mailed it to him they received it Nov second I've been on the phone with these people multiple multiple times and being told to await three to v more than days repeatedly. I've been told it's due to covid 19, the holidays,warehouse can't notice it,or they oasis't received it, I've been guaranteed that I would receive it on a certain date by corporate, I've been hung up on, i've got absolutely nowhere with corporate office their maximum weight time is 15 days I'grand past that. Supposably 4 seperate tickets to expedite my service and nothing. I have been lied to and even told it was in the mail service. I cannot proceed to wait.
